Dual-Wire Continuous Monitor

The SCS WS Aware Monitor is a dual workstation continuous monitor for operators, ESD worksurfaces, and metal tools. It continuously monitors the path-to-ground integrity and body voltage of two operators, as well as the path-to-ground integrity for two conductive or dissipative worksurfaces and two metal tools.

Ground Master Monitor

The SCS Ground Master Monitor is an equipment ground continuous monitor for metal tools. It continuously monitors the path-to-ground impedance and electromagnetic integrity of eight metal ground connections of process tools in work areas. This includes semiconductor, disk drive, flat panel, and electronic equipment manufacturing environments.

SMP

The Ground Master and WS Aware Monitors are compatible with SCS Static Management Program (SMP). SMP continuously monitors your ESD process control system throughout all stages of manufacturing. SMP captures data from SCS workstation, equipment, and ESD event continuous monitors and provides a real-time picture of critical manufacturing processes. All activity is stored in a database for ongoing quality control purposes.

Ground Pro Meter

CTM051 Ground Pro Meter

Regularly test the ground parameters of your SMT line machines with the SCS CTM051 Ground Pro Meter. A comprehensive instrument that measures the ground connection of your equipment in accordance with Grounding standard ANSI/ESD S6.1 and ANSI/ESD S20.20. In addition to measuring ground impedance, it also measures AC and DC voltage on the ground as well as the presence of high-frequency noise or electromagnetic interference (EMI) on the ground.

Digital Static Field Meter

19442 Digital Static Field Meter

Measure surface voltage and polarity on objects and processes within your automated manufacturing using the Desco 19442 Digital Static Field Meter. The meter has a measurement range of 0 to ±19.99 kV at a distance of 25 mm and a measurement accuracy of ±5%. It utilises a chopper-stablised sensor for use in both normal and ionised environments. The meter’s enclosure is dissipative and features a 7 mm snap and ground cord for bonding to equipment ground.

Rubber Floor Matting

Statfree® i Conductive Interlocking Rubber

Provide your operators with an anti-fatigue ergonomic ESD floor mat at the SMT line. Use in conjunction with ESD footwear to provide grounding for mobile operators, or a secondary ground when using a wrist strap. The mat measures in the conductive range of Rp 10⁴ - 10⁵ ohms, in accordance with IEC 61340-5-1. Made from durable homogeneous rubber and includes a patented interlocking strip to easily configure to fit your requirements.

Foot Grounder

Heel Grounder with Yellow Strap

Provide a continuous path to ground between the operator and a properly grounded ESD safe flooring with the 248555 Heel Grounder. Foot grounders are designed for use in applications where user mobility is required, such as wave solder, kitting or quality control. In accordance with IEC 61340-5-1. The 248555 has a double heel cup made of abrasions resistant neoprene, the conductive parts are two-layer rubber so as not to mark light colour shoes. The yellow strap can easily be seen by supervisors from a distance.

Bench Top Zero Volt Ioniser

The EMIT Benchtop Zero Volt Ioniser is our best compact ioniser, it is a lightweight steady-state DC auto-balancing Benchtop ioniser with integrated closed-loop feedback. It can also be used in automated machinery. The Ioniser’s neutralisation discharge time will be best approximately 30 cm to 120 cm directly in front of the unit. Ionisers are useful in preventing electrostatic charge generation, ElectroStatic Discharge, ElectroStatic Attraction, as well as preventing equipment latch-up.

Mini Zero Volt Ioniser 2

The EMIT 50642 Mini Zero Volt Ioniser (ZVI) 2 is a compact benchtop ioniser used for neutralising electrostatic charges on insulators and ungrounded conductors in a 15 cm to 60 cm coverage area. Its compact size (135 cm high x 9 cm wide x 4.5 cm deep with stand) allows it to be used in confined spaces such as environmental chambers and automated equipment. It may also be used at standard ESD workstations.
