WE GUARANTEE YOU WILL BE SATISFIED WITH OUR PRODUCTS. We have always had a policy of replacement or refund if you are not satisfied. Desco Europe wants you to be satisfied with each product we produce. We make every effort to see to it that our products are of the highest quality and meet all appropriate recognised industry standards. Since we cannot guarantee that all products are applicable to all situations and that the data we provide from many sources is reliable and accurate for all situations, our lawyers want you to know that...

All statements, technical data and recommendations contained herein are based upon tests we believe to be reliable. However, the accuracy or completeness thereof is not guaranteed. The proper and correct application of products and data is the responsibility of the user. The following is made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied:

Limited Warranty
Desco Europe expressly warrants that for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase Desco Europe products will be free of defects in material (parts) and workmanship (labour). Within the warranty period, a unit will be tested, repaired or replaced at Desco Europe's option, free of charge. Email our Customer Service Department at Service@DescoEurope.com or call +44 (0)1462 672005 for a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) and proper shipping instructions and address. Please include a copy of your original packing slip, invoice or other proof of date of purchase. Any unit under warranty should be shipped prepaid to the Desco Europe factory. Warranty replacements will take approximately two weeks. If your unit is out of warranty, email our Customer Service Department at Service@DescoEurope.com or call +44 (0)1462 672005 for a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) and proper shipping instructions and address. Desco Europe will quote repair charges necessary to bring your unit up to factory standards.


EMIT Limited Warranty
EMIT expressly warrants that for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase EMIT products will be free of defects in material (parts) and workmanship (labour). Within the warranty period, a credit for purchase of replacement EMIT products or, at EMIT's option, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Email our Customer Service Department at Service@DescoEurope.com or call +44 (0)1462 672005 for a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) and proper shipping instructions and address. Please include a copy of your original packing slip, invoice or other proof of date of purchase. Any unit under warranty should be shipped prepaid to the Desco Europe factory. Statguard® Conductive Acrylic Paint: Desco Europe expressly warrants that prior to application and for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase Statguard® Conductive Acrylic Paint will be free of defects in material. Desco Europe expressly warrants that for a period of 5 years after the date of install Statguard® Conductive Acrylic Paint, when properly installed and maintained, will meet its published electrical specifications under normal foot traffic and until mechanically removed or worn away.


Statguard® Conductive Epoxy: Desco Europe expressly warrants that prior to application and for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase Statguard® Conductive Epoxy will be free of defects in material. Desco Europe expressly warrants that for a period of 5 years after the date of install Statguard® Conductive Epoxy, when properly installed and maintained, will meet its published electrical specifications under normal foot traffic and until mechanically removed or worn away.


Menda ID Limited Warranty:
Menda-ID expressly warrants that for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, Menda-ID products will be free of defects in material (parts) and workmanship (labour). See exceptions notated below. Menda-ID recommends storing vinyl product in a cool, dry environment with a reasonably consistent temperature of 75°F (24°C) and that product be protected from exposure to direct sunlight, and should not be stored in ultraviolet sunlight, moisture, or heat.
All ESD Vinyl ID products are warranted that for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase, Menda-ID ESD Vinyl ID products will be free of defects in material (parts) and workmanship (labour) when properly stored within the recommended conditions.


Warranty Exclusions
THE FOREGOING EXPRESS WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER PRODUCT WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH ARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED. The express warranty will not apply to defects or damage due to accidents, neglect, misuse, alterations, operator error or failure to properly maintain, clean or repair products.


Limit of Liability
Electronic ionisers use high voltage corona discharge and should not be used in or near flammable or explosive environments. Desco Europe's only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective. In no event will Desco Europe or any seller be responsible or liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product. Before using, users shall determine the suitability of the product for their intended use, and users assume all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.


EXW Point
Unless embodied in a written agreement signed by authorised officers of Desco Industries Inc., the EXW point for all products purchased from Desco Europe will be the factory.


OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIRS
Field repair or unauthorised tampering of Desco Europe brand products is not recommended and will nullify any and all warranties provided by Desco Europe. All Desco Europe items to be repaired must be returned to the location referenced by Desco Europe.. Desco Europe will quote repair cost upon receipt and inspection of product. Repaired product will include a 90-day warranty. A Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA#) must be obtained from Desco Europe for out of warranty repairs. A copy of the RMA must accompany the shipment. The RMA number must appear on the outside of returned cartons and Desco Europe has the right to refuse all return shipments which do not bear the RMA number or which are shipped freight collect. The customer is responsible for all freight and transportation charges.
